Community-Based Collaborative Care & Education

The University of Michigan School of Dentistry Community-Based Collaborative Care and Education program provides immersive experiences in comprehensive general dentistry in the community healthcare environment. The program fosters the integration of student skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors including clinical patient care, critical thinking, empathy, inclusivity and sensitivity to the needs of under-served populations in order to prepare students for independent practice.
